Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative methodologies for studies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive data analysis.
• Write and submit manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
• Advocate for patient safety and ethical research practices.
• Maintain databases and manage research documentation.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Conduct presentations to showcase research outcomes to stakeholders.
• Promote findings to relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
• PhD is highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical or medical research

Technical Skills

• Clinical Research Methodology
• Qualitative Research Techniques

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)
• Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in Patient Recruitment Strategies: Skills in developing effective patient recruitment strategies.
