Backend Developer

Job Description

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the high performance and responsiveness of applications. This role involves collaborating with various teams to design robust backend architectures and improve existing systems. You will be instrumental in developing scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, high-availability back-end services.
• Collaborate with the team to define system architecture and design.
• Perform application optimizations and performance tuning.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Monitor and manage production systems and ensure reliability.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data communication.
• Ensure the usability and security of back-end services.
• Prototype and iterate on new features based on user feedback.
• Assist QA teams in testing and debugging when required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in backend development, particularly with microservices

Technical Skills

• SQL
• GraphQL

Certifications

• AWS Certified Developer
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator

Languages

• English: Fluent
