Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. You will play a critical role in providing outstanding technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with various operating systems, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for users experiencing technical issues.
  • Manage incoming support requests and provide timely responses.
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting and provide solutions for clients.
  • Record and track customer interactions with precision.
  • Assist with the configuration and maintenance of client systems.
  • Evaluate customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Support the development of user manuals and guides.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or relevant qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical support
