Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure the accuracy of transactions. The perfect candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and a strong understanding of financial regulations. This role involves preparing financial statements, monitoring accounts, and providing administrative support related to financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement bookkeeping systems and processes.
  • Coordinate financial reporting with other departments.
  • Prepare documentation for tax compliance.
  • Manage bookkeeping software and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide training for junior finance staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and managing financial records
