Responsibilities

• Oversee and update financial ledgers in a timely manner.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts.
• Handle client invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
• Manage fixed assets and ensure their accurate recording.
• Review financial transactions for discrepancies and errors.
• Prepare documentation for audits and make necessary arrangements.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.
• Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies to management.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role is preferred

• QuickBooks

Certifications

• AAT Qualification

Languages

• English: Fluent
