Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' acute and chronic conditions.
• Implement evidence-based medicine in patient management.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly.
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Contribute to quality assurance and improvement projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB)
• Postgraduate qualifications in Healthcare Management preferred

Experience

• At least 3 years experience in general practice

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Fellowships in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine are a plus
