We're looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Cape Town. As a key player in our pharmacy, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing health advice, and maintaining high standards of care for our customers. Your expertise will help support patient health and wellness in our community.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized advice for chronic conditions and medication therapy management.
• Conduct medication reconciliation and follow-up consultations.
• Implement medication management strategies for patients.
• Engage in research and contribute to pharmacy practice improvements.
• Assist with customer service and dispute resolution.
• Participate in health fairs and community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Master's degree in Health Sciences is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy

• Clinical Pharmacy Practice

Certifications

• Advanced Pharmacotherapy Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
