We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients in Durban. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT systems and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets promptly.
Perform regular maintenance on IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
Train users on new technologies and tools as needed.
Work with vendors to resolve technical issues with hardware and software.
Assist in IT projects and initiatives as required.
Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges and updates.
Ensure that support documentation is current and comprehensive.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in IT support.
Handle ad-hoc IT requests from team members and clients.
Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
