• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions with team members.
• Engage in performance tuning to enhance application speed.
• Participate in team stand-ups and retrospective meetings.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and problem resolution in production environments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in backend software development
