UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating seamless and visually appealing user experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers and developers to shape the user journey from conception to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall user experience strategy and design approach.
• Create visual designs that align with the brand identity.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the user experience is cohesive.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in digital user experiences.
• Actively seek feedback and iterate on designs.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree in UX Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design

Technical Skills

• User Research
• Wireframing/Prototyping

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certification
• Scrum Master Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with user testing tools: Familiarity with tools like UsabilityHub or Lookback for conducting tests.
• Experience in eCommerce design: Knowledge or experience designing for eCommerce platforms.
