Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive our projects in Gqeberha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success and contribute to our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project teams to promote growth and knowledge sharing.
• Establish project KPIs and track deliverables against metrics.
• Create and maintain project dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
• Participate in client meetings to deliver project updates.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Support change management processes to minimize disruption.
• Engage with external vendors and contractors as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in leading projects

• Risk Management

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• PRINCE2 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
