Job Description

Be part of an exciting architectural journey at Innovative Design Co. as an Architect. You will be instrumental in crafting unique designs that resonate with the client's vision. This position requires a thorough understanding of the construction process, as well as excellent project management skills to oversee timelines and budgets while ensuring quality standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Utilise software tools to create compelling visual representations of designs.
• Attend meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates.
• Adjust designs based on feedback from clients and feasibility.
• Monitor project progression against initial design and budget efficiencies.
• Analyse potential design problems and offer reasonable solutions.
• Engage with government and regulatory authorities as required.
• Support marketing initiatives through public presentations and networking.
• Document project processes for future reference and learning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in the field

Technical Skills

• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• LEED Certification is a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a bonus

Languages

• English: Fluent
