Job Description

We're on the hunt for an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations, while effectively implementing HR strategies and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns and strategize talent acquisition.
• Assess training needs and design effective onboarding programs.
• Promote diverse hiring initiatives to build an inclusive workforce.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics and data.
• Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster communication.
• Support the implementation of health and safety regulations.
• Promote professional development opportunities for employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sociology
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in HR management or a similar role

Certifications

• SHRM-CP
• PMP Certification (a plus)
