Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager who is passionate about leading HR initiatives and driving a positive work environment. This role will involve developing HR strategies, conducting employee training, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement employee development programs.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage HR budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through initiatives.
  • Develop succession planning strategies for key positions.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee records and HR systems.
  • Advocate for employee well-being and mental health support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management or Organizational Development is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
