Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Fundraiser to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to community service and have experience in fundraising activities, donor relations, and event planning. You will play a vital role in creating and implementing fundraising strategies to support our key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising initiatives to meet annual revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with corporate sponsors for partnership efforts.
• Supervise volunteers involved in fundraising events.
• Analyze fundraising data to inform future strategies.
• Provide training and support for team members on fundraising techniques.
• Create detailed budgets for fundraising events and programs.
• Engage with community members to promote awareness of our mission.
• Foster a culture of philanthropy within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Masters in Non-Profit Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising or development roles

• English: Fluent
