Job Description

We are on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Durban. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our guests receive outstanding service while managing a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the hotel adheres to all service standards and brand guidelines.
• Direct and evaluate the performance of hotel departments.
• Implement training programs for staff development and customer service excellence.
• Work with the marketing team to create promotional packages.
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Review guest reviews and ratings, responding to feedback proactively.
• Engage with the local community to build partnerships for mutual benefit.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry

• Certificate in Hotel Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
