Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Coordinator to optimise our supply chain operations in Durban. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management while ensuring the timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead supply chain projects to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure accuracy in order fulfilment and supply chain documentation.
• Assist in the development of supply chain strategies.
• Evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements.
• Participate in training and development of team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain roles

Technical Skills

• Logistics Management
• Inventory Management

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP software: Hands-on experience with SAP for supply chain operations.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance: Knowledge in regulatory standards and compliance requirements within the supply chain.
