Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the company's supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end supply chain processes and will focus on optimizing and improving our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Streamline logistics and transportation processes to reduce costs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency.
• Facilitate training and development for supply chain staff.
• Conduct regular reviews of suppliers and logistics partners to maintain high standards.
• Support sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact across the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in supply chain or logistics management
