Responsibilities

• Lead process design projects for new chemical products.
• Utilize software tools for simulation and modeling of chemical processes.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets for chemical development projects.
• Facilitate training sessions on new processes for team members.
• Implement risk assessment protocols to mitigate operational hazards.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and green engineering projects.
• Network with industry professionals to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a chemical engineering role, with a focus on process development

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Simulation Software
• Quality Control

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Registered Chemical Engineer (RCE)
• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
