We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team at Pharmacy Solutions in Pretoria. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing advice to patients on health issues, and ensuring the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practices and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescribed medications in a timely manner.
• Offer consultations and health advice to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient health and medication responses.
• Assist in managing pharmacy operations and inventory control.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements and regulations.
• Provide education and support for chronic disease management.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
• Actively contribute to a positive team environment and mentorship opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate training in clinical pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
