We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning and forecasting. Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis to produce financial forecasts and trends.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams to implement new processes.
• Optimize the financial reporting process through automation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify corrective actions.
• Support management in strategic project financing decisions.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the finance department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
• Master’s in Finance is an asset

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years in a financial analytical role

Certifications

• CFA Level 2
• Financial Risk Manager Certification is desirable
