Join our top-notch investment banking team in Johannesburg as an Investment Banker. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing financial risks, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and creating financial models. Strong analytical skills and a background in finance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transaction processes, from sourcing to closure.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients and investors.
• Advise clients on market conditions and investment trends.
• Be involved in macroeconomic analysis to inform investment decisions.
• Supervise financial modeling and analysis performed by junior bankers.
• Deliver exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Enhance internal processes to improve efficiency in due diligence and reporting.
• Participate in industry conferences and events to represent the bank.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA is a strong advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking or financial services
