Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join our busy practice in Cape Town. As a GP, you will provide comprehensive health care services, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong medical background.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
  • Manage health care for patients across all ages.
  • Supervise and train medical assistants and staff.
  • Confer with specialists regarding complex cases.
  • Implement best practices for patient care.
  • Participate in community health initiatives.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Analyze patient data to inform treatment strategies.
  • Promote a culture of safety and respect within the healthcare team.

Requirements

Education
  • MBChB or equivalent medical degree
  • Specialization in Family Medicine is advantageous
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in primary care
