Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be instrumental in the planning and conduct of clinical trials. You will monitor trial progress, collect data, and communicate findings to stakeholders. Your exceptional organizational skills will be essential in ensuring compliance and maintaining the integrity of our research processes.

Responsibilities

• Document monitoring findings and report deviations promptly.
• Evaluate and reconcile clinical data discrepancies.
• Assist in the development of patient recruitment strategies.
• Foster relationships with clinical sites and ensure open lines of communication.
• Help maintain compliance with trial budgets and resources.
• Report on progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of clinical study milestones.
• Support our commitment to ethical research practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Master's degree in Clinical Research is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 4 years in clinical trial management or research

• Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
