Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Industrial Engineer to enhance production efficiency. The role requires excellent technical skills, coupled with strong project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes to recommend necessary modifications.
• Implement Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste.
• Conduct time studies to establish procedural rates.
• Coordinate with suppliers on materials and process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops aimed at staff development and skill enhancement.
• Document design changes and engineering specifications.
• Utilize CAD software for process design and layout.
• Engage in cross-functional teams during project lifecycle.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in achieving production targets and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environments
