As an Industrial Engineer at our Pretoria facility, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our manufacturing processes. You will design, develop, and implement systems that optimize our operations while ensuring product quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze inefficiencies in manufacturing and operational processes.
• Design and develop strategic improvements and enhancements.
• Work closely with the production team to implement best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify safety issues.
• Generate detailed analysis reports for upper management.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on new protocols.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of improvements.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing waste and enhancing sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• Master's degree in a related field is highly preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in process engineering or optimization roles
