We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations within budget and time constraints. You will work closely with various stakeholders, manage resources, and align project objectives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project activities with the support of your team.
• Manage the project team, ensuring motivation and involvement in project delivery.
• Guide the project standards, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
• Liaison with clients to ensure satisfactory project outcomes.
• Implement a project auditing process to ensure objectives are being met.
• Facilitate project meetings to keep all team members aligned.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Review all project documentation and ensure it meets project requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Project Management or relevant qualification
• MBA or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
