Job Description

As a Financial Analyst in Cape Town, you will be instrumental in analyzing past financial performance and predicting future trends. Your role involves preparing financial plans, performing variance analysis, and supporting budget management. Your analytical skills will contribute significantly to the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
• Conduct data analysis and interpret financial results for stakeholder presentations.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reductions.
• Participate in special projects as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• A Master's degree or professional certification (CFA/CPA) is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
