Job Description

Join our team as a UX/UI Designer, where you will create engaging and intuitive user experiences for our web and mobile applications. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs into functional designs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user interactions and suggest improvements for usability.
  • Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform design strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure comprehensive design solutions.
  • Help mentor junior designers in best UX/UI practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing to validate design assumptions and improve user engagement.
  • Create design documentation to communicate design specifications effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Master's in UX Design preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
