Responsibilities

• Review and analyze underwriting guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Provide training and support to junior underwriters and team members.
• Identify emerging risks and suggest modifications to policy offerings.
• Regularly update client databases with underwriting decisions.
• Participate in industry training and development programs to stay updated.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification will be advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred
