Responsibilities

• Lead design projects, overseeing all phases from concept through production.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Utilize advanced aerospace technologies to enhance project outcomes.
• Document engineering processes and maintain comprehensive records.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for projects.
• Foster collaborative relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Implement quality assurance procedures within engineering practices.
• Evaluate performance of competitors’ products and strategies.
• Advise on regulatory issues related to aerospace engineering.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement efforts across engineering operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace related projects
