Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee architectural designs for commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision.
• Prepare detailed drawings and presentations for client approval.
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Liaise with contractors and project managers during the construction phase.
• Research and incorporate sustainable practices into designs.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Assist in project cost estimation and budget management.
• Provide expert advice on materials and construction methods.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial projects
