Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Healthcare Administrator to oversee the operational aspects of our healthcare services in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will excel in managing administration tasks, supporting healthcare professionals, and ensuring efficient patient care processes.

Responsibilities

  • Direct administrative staff and manage workflows in the healthcare setting.
  • Assist in daily operational planning and strategy development.
  • Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and report findings.
  • Facilitate meetings with healthcare teams to discuss patient care improvements.
  • Oversee inventory management of medical and office supplies.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders for resource procurement.
  • Ensure the accuracy of billing and coding practices.
  • Contribute to the development of healthcare policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations management
