Responsibilities

• Manage acute and chronic illnesses while providing holistic care.
• Liaise with specialists and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Take part in relevant medical research and clinical trials as needed.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or similar medical degree
• Fellowship in relevant specialty preferred

Experience

• 5 years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role

• Emergency Medicine

Certifications

• Fellowship in Surgery
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
