Job Description

As a Hand Finisher, you will play an essential role in ensuring the final quality of our products. You will be responsible for performing finishing tasks, inspecting for defects, and ensuring all products meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manual finishing operations on components using hand tools and abrasives.
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely production.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in quality control procedures.
• Document production results and report issues to the management.
• Assist with training new employees in finishing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
