We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Johannesburg office. This role involves resolving technical issues, providing user support, and ensuring optimal IT performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have robust troubleshooting abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for all IT support inquiries.
• Manage the helpdesk system, triaging and escalating issues as needed.
• Provide training and support for new software implementations.
• Diagnose network issues and manage connectivity problems.
• Ensure all inventory of hardware and software is up-to-date.
• Assist in the creation of IT policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for support and service delivery.
