We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and a passion for automation. This role will involve collaborating with software engineers to enhance application performance and ensure robust deployments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage container orchestration solutions like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure system reliability and performance through effective monitoring and alerting.
• Support development teams by providing infrastructure resources and guidance.
• Create and maintain automated build and configuration deployment scripts.
• Participate in incident management and resolution activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in cloud computing or DevOps are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field
