Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale up chemical processes in the plant.
  • Analyse production data to optimise outputs.
  • Implement quality control procedures.
  • Work closely with R&D teams to bring new products to market.
  • Assist in training junior engineers and technicians.
  • Evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
  • Prepare and review standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure that products meet industry and client specifications.
  • Evaluate and enhance safety protocols.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering or relevant industries
