We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee daily operations in our upscale Durban hotel. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, and optimize guest satisfaction while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all staff are aligned with company standards.
• Prepare reports on hotel performance for upper management.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping department to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
• Develop guest loyalty programs to enhance repeat business.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hotel staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including travel agencies.
• Oversee inventory management for hotel supplies and amenities.
