• Direct the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all staff are aligned with company standards.
• Prepare reports on hotel performance for upper management.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping department to maintain cleanliness and service standards.
• Develop guest loyalty programs to enhance repeat business.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new hotel staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including travel agencies.
• Oversee inventory management for hotel supplies and amenities.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• Guest Relations Management Expertise in fostering strong relationships with guests.
• Budget Management Strong skills in managing and optimizing budgets.
• Leadership Proven leadership capabilities in managing large teams.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)
• Zulu (Basic)

• Fluency in Multiple Languages: Ability to communicate in several languages to cater to international guests.
• Experience with Online Booking Platforms: Familiarity with managing online travel agency partnerships.
