As a Production Manager in our Sandton facility, you will manage the entire production process, from planning to execution. This position requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead a diverse team. Responsibilities

• Supervise production workflow and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams for product development.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for materials procurement.
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production management in a manufacturing environment
