As an Architect at our firm, you will focus on designing functional, aesthetic structures while also ensuring sustainability. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to bring innovative projects to life, making a significant impact in the Stellenbosch landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for various projects.
• Liaise with clients to gather project requirements and feedback.
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and codes.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
• Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and optimize designs for efficiency.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with the architectural vision.
• Incorporate sustainability principles into design solutions.
• Research new materials and technologies to improve architectural designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Creativity

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
