Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients.
Manage medication dispensing and patient counseling effectively.
Conduct regular audits for medication safety and compliance.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health services.
Participate in community outreach programs focused on health education.
Assist in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
Compile and analyze data for quality improvement initiatives.
Train and oversee junior staff and pharmacy interns.
Utilize technology for patient record management and medication tracking.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and pharmaceutical representatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
PhD in Pharmacy or related field preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience as a clinical pharmacist
