We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role involves working closely with a diverse patient population and requires excellent communication and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient health and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for case management.
• Implement evidence-based practices in patient care.
• Conduct routine physical examinations and health screenings.
• Guide patients in self-management of chronic diseases.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on clinical practice is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Nurse Practitioner
