Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Dry Starch Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of machinery used in producing dry starch products. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills and experience in the food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage production settings and parameters for optimal output.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to prevent downtime.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain safety.
• Document production data and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects within the production unit.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production strategies and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating and maintaining production machinery.

Technical Skills

• PPE Knowledge

Certifications

• Food Safety Certification
• HACCP Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
