Responsibilities

• Perform calculations and prepare specifications for materials used in construction.
• Evaluate existing structures and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.
• Manage and guide junior engineers and draftsmen.
• Provide technical advice and support to project managers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design and construction

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• Registered Engineer with ECSA
