Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join us in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing construction projects from conceptual stages through completion. Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural solutions suitable for various applications.
• Oversee and coordinate with contractors during project execution.
• Review and approve structural plans and designs from junior engineers.
• Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings as required.
• Identify and mitigate risks in project design and execution.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SAP2000
• Revit

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Professional Engineering (PE) License

Languages

• English: Fluent
