Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and strategies for client engagement.
• Conduct diligence and financial analysis on target companies.
• Negotiate terms and assist in structuring deals.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments.
• Lead client presentations and meetings to discuss investment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in investment banking
