UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are searching for a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of creating user-centered design solutions that enhance usability and elevate the overall customer experience. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of user behavior, you'll work collaboratively with developers and product managers to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity.
• Create detailed design specifications for development teams.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure design fidelity.
• Document design processes and maintain design systems.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and iterate on existing designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Additional certifications in UX/UI design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Adobe Creative Suite

• HTML/CSS

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
