Sales Executive

Job Description

We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Executive in Port Elizabeth to spearhead our sales efforts in the region. The right candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, displaying strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to target prospective clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track progress.
• Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning.
• Provide feedback on product improvements based on customer insights.
• Attend industry events to represent the company.
• Mentor junior sales team members when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail sector
