• Direct store operations and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
• Develop and implement action plans to meet sales goals.
• Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Analyze customer feedback and adapt services accordingly.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage store budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with retail policies and procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety and security within the store.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or Business
• Higher Diploma in Business Management is an asset

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role in retail
